Transit oriented development near Dublin/Pleasanton BART station

A multiunit housing structure (not sure if it is condos or apartments) is a hundred yards or so away from the Dublin/Pleasanton BART station.

On the bus ride into the station, this transit oriented development and the BART station and its bus hub are about the only islands of activity in the area. There aren't many commercial establishments nearby this area.

Dublin needs to work on getting more retail into the area.
