Local woman named head of Nebraska Arts Council

The North Platte Telegraph Julie Jacobson of North Platte has been appointed chair of the Nebraska Arts Council. Jacobson's appointment, made by Gov. Dave Heineman, represents the first time an NAC chairman has been appointed from out-state Nebraska.
